You may cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

A full refund will be issued within 30 days from the service delivery date.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the day you received the product or your designated third party (excluding the carrier) took possession.

• Goods mixed inseparably with others after delivery
